Our generation lives in a 24-hour society. Day shifts and night shifts alternate. The globalisation of economic regions further dissolves our past working rhythms. People who are just starting their work day on the other side of the world work on the same projects as their colleagues at the same company, for whom it is night. This requires flexible communication. Considering this global network, the design of the work environment is become increasingly important. Good lighting is an indispensable factor in this.
