We are all customers in one form or another and I always want to be absolutely satisfied with the service that I receive.

I like to consider if I can bring this into my professional life – what can I do differently.

At TRILUX the service concept is essential in order to be able to meet a customer's requirements. When I am told that something doesn't work, I always try to question why this is the case. I want the customer to understand how it should work. Even if you don't always fulfil the customer's wishes 100%, I always try to work with them as closely as possible. Only if the customer is satisfied with a decision can I be satisfied.
