Their one-stop lighting package aligned seamlessly with the design brief, focusing on sustainability, wellbeing, and efficiency. From the welcoming ambience of the reception to the task-oriented illumination of office spaces, emergency lighting, and controls systems, TRILUX’s contribution was integral. The lighting scheme featured E-LINE continuous row system, Sonnos downlights, and B.VEO track ensuring a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.

Picture stepping into an office illuminated to 350 lux, effortlessly adjusting to the ebb and flow of the day. The strategic lighting design maximises natural light, reducing dependence on artificial lighting. 

Daylight Autonomy Standards are met in over 54% of the space, ensuring efficiency; even on cloudy days, smart lighting with presence detection minimises wastage and adapts to occupancy levels, contributing to a sustainable and energy-efficient workspace.

A centralised lighting management and reporting system further enhances efficiency, allowing for remote monitoring and fault rectification. The system is connected to TRILUX UK’s remote access solution, which allows Trilux engineers to check the system, and make remote changes as and when is necessary.
