LC Packaging

For their 95th anniversary, LC Packaging wanted to create a headquarters and distribution centre that moves with the times. Completed in 2020, the building immediately achieved the BREEAM Outstanding score. 

To reach the highest sustainability level, all aspects of sustainable building were considered from the design stage onwards. CO₂ emissions, energy, and water usage were significantly reduced, and sustainable materials were used throughout both the interior and exterior.

The round steel staircase immediately draws attention, bathed in natural light from the glass dome above. The office provides a pleasant working environment with views of the green waterside through the glass walls. Wooden accents, greenery, and other natural elements create a warm atmosphere. A fitness room is available for employees, and daylight is maximized and complemented by high-quality, sustainable artificial lighting for optimal work comfort.
