You probably already know TRILUX ONE, our versatile central customer and sales platform. At the moment, this portal is being used by more than 10,000 users worldwide. With TRILUX ONE, customers can do research, compare and order products, develop and calculate projects, use practical planning tools, watch useful videos and manage all of their communication with TRILUX. As part of a continuous optimization process, we have now added two new clever features to TRILUX ONE. Firstly, we have integrated the complete complaint management into the platform. Secondly, we have created a QR code to access individual product information data sheets via TRILUX ONE, using "intelligent labels". What does it exactly entail, and how does it actually work?

Filing and Managing complaints via TRILUX ONE

We want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to file a complaint. Therefore, we have modified the entire process and have developed a uniform and transparent solution, which is suitable for everyone. In the future, users will be able to file a complaint via TRILUX ONE. The complaint can be linked directly to the existing order. In addition, users will have the option to track the status online, which is continuously being updated. This is a real gain in efficiency for every involved party. All relevant product and project data are already filled in when filing the complaint, and only the reason for the complaint has to be entered. This will be directly linked to the respective product, which provides us with all the relevant information right from the start, avoids unnecessary inquiries, and speeds up the entire process.

Smart Labels 

QR Code to access TRILUX ONE

We have attached an additional label with a QR code to the packaging of our mast luminaires and light columns, so that our customers have all the information about the luminaires at hand. After scanning the QR code, the customer gets direct access to important product information as well as the installation instructions and the programming file. This is also applicable to SOF lights with a serial number, which cannot be found on the TRILUX website. Thanks to the QR code, users can now retrieve this information in their personal TRILUX ONE account.

The advantage: If desired, any further actions can be initiated directly via the platform, including downloading a complaint report. The motto: Everything on one platform, everything under control. Of course we will continue to expand TRILUX ONE in the future. What's next? Stay tuned!
