The utilisation of suitable lighting systems can have positive health effects by supporting the human circadian rhythm. This is an important component of the HCL concept (Human Centric Lighting). It entails dynamic, i.e. temporally varying lighting, which is essential for appropriate light management. The prerequisites and effects of a lighting installation of this type and its light management are described in chapter 1.3.3 "Light and non-visual effects", particularly in section 184.108.40.206 "Requirements for light control".
