Holistic office worlds - the "#OfficeXperience"

ORGATEC is breaking new ground with a revamped trade fair concept and a redesigned hall layout. Each hall is designed as a focus area, offering visitors comprehensive insights into specific topics. In the "#OfficeXperience" event area, created by rehub, a leader in digital planning, companies from various sectors collaborate to bring future work environments to life through an interdisciplinary and cross-sector approach. This interactive exhibition underscores the importance of collaboration between different trades. Experts share their knowledge with professionals in joint presentations and workshops, covering topics ranging from the potential of office networking to the impact of lighting on well-being and productivity, as well as the power of digital data.

Impressive office solutions

Yonos and Rail

One of the lighting highlights in the office showcase is Yonos - a universal lighting system designed for modern office landscapes. Its modular design, featuring nine high-quality optics in three widths and a range of inserts, enables it to meet all functional and decorative lighting tasks with just one solution. Whether it’s providing glare-free light (UGR<19) for workstations, linear light for corridors, or atmospheric accent lighting - Yonos scores with even greater efficiency and quality of light.

At the heart of the system is an innovative aluminium profile that serves as an infrastructure channel for luminaires, functional and decorative modules. Yonos can be used as an individual luminaire or as a continuous line, and can be extended with L, T, X or C connectors to create complex structures. Yonos is also exceptionally flexible and future-proof: if room usage changes, the lighting can be adapted by simply replacing the modules. Yonos offers an attractive overall package for holistic office lighting and has already won the German Innovation Award 2024 and the Iconic Award 2024 in the Interior Products category as "Best of Best".

Another strong innovation is the 230 V Rail track system, which enhances sophisticated office landscapes with timeless elegance and atmospheric accent lighting. The Rail portfolio includes spotlight inserts, linear inserts, pendant luminaires and a wallwasher. A strong aesthetic statement: thanks to its flush-mounted drivers, which are completely concealed within the track (invisible drivers), Rail is slimmer and more elegant than other low-voltage track systems.

Visionary sustainability platform

"#TheCircularHouse"

In the 500 m² interactive experience area in Hall 4, everything revolves around pioneering, circular solutions for the office furnishings industry. During an interactive tour, guests can gain fascinating insights into the circular ecosystem and learn about innovations, products, and possibilities at the surrounding "brand platforms" of the partner companies. In keeping with the interactive character, the "Circle Lounge" in the centre of the space will host workshops and presentations. Dr. Sebastian Knoche, Head of Lighting Technology at TRILUX, will present the latest findings from the SUMATRA sustainability research project funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK), and demonstrate how energy-efficient and resource-saving products contribute to achieving climate neutrality.
