The new gear trays with LENSIBLE optics make E-Line the benchmark for quality of light in the field of continuous line lighting. LENSIBLE combines a special arrangement of lenses in clusters with microstructures on the surface of the optic – inspired by nature. For maximum quality of light and visual comfort, with no compromises in terms of efficiency.

The plus in performance for applications with special requirements: With efficiency of up to 220 Im/W, E-Line LENSIBLE optics with a 3x2 lens cluster achieve top values in the market. That means lower electricity costs and carbon emissions in operation. In addition to the outstanding efficiency, there are further advantages due to the distribution of total luminous flux over more LEDs:
Whether E-Line or E-Line Pro trunking, with 22 application-specific light distributions the system features gear trays with optimum quality of light for every situation in industry, retail and office environments. Innovative LENSIBLE lens optics are at the heart of the range, along with prismatic and ConVision optics. The gear tray system therefore comprises.
The E-Line Pro trunking has continuous current routing. Optionally 7 or 13-pole – matched to the respective application, for three circuits, DALI and emergency light or other additional functions. The gear trays can be freely positioned and make completely reliable electrical contact. The infeed is flexible without visible interference points or collisions.
The E-Line Pro trunking incorporates all our experience with continuous line systems: easy to install, versatile and connective in every respect. This can be seen, heard and felt during mounting. The direction is clearly marked in the profile and the new couplings, inserts and modules click in with acoustic feedback – for secure electrical and mechanical connection.
The LENSIBLE optics give E-Line a distinctive look – with minimised butt joins for a consistent appearance. With E-Line Pro, the gear trays are recessed into the profile, the infeed is made without visible interference points and the end caps have smooth surfaces. The result: a modern, clean and unmistakable appearance that also blends into applications such as retail, office and education.
Existing, obsolete systems can be easily refurbished 1:1. Tool-free conversion of a conventional T5/T8 E-Line system to LED technology is thus done in next to no time. To expand existing E-Line projects, TRILUX also continues to offer suitable trunking and modules.

For more sustainability, safety and design consistency, we offer you the TRILUX after-sales promise. This means that you can continue to purchase selected lighting solutions from us for ten years after purchase. For spare parts, such as LED modules, LED control gear or optics, it is even 15 years.
The different lengths of the E-Line gear trays offer maximum freedom: 737.5 mm for more flexibility in planning, 1,475 mm for 1:1 replacement in refurbishment and 2,212.5 mm for use in cost-efficient projects.
Certain applications for continuous lines require higher degrees of protection, for example IP50 in operating sites with fire hazards. In such applications, E-Line Pro continuous lines can easily be adapted from their standard IP20 protection rating to IP50 with the help of a few accessories – even retroactively. This solution simplifies planning, logistics and installation.
With indirect lighting, the applications of E-Line Pro expand enormously: for example in the office or retail sector. The discreet indirect module mounts flush onto the trunking. It uniformly brightens the ceilings – creating diffuse feel-good light and a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere.
Integrate an E-Line Pro system into a light management system? Nothing could be easier: use the DALI cables in the power supply of the trunking intended for this purpose to control DALI-capable luminaires. Alternative: Control wirelessly via Bluetooth LE, for example with LiveLink Retail. TRILUX light management reduces energy consumption and increases ease of use. It enables HCL lighting concepts and offers interfaces for monitoring, remote maintenance and integration into the building management technology.
E-Line Pro incorporates the experience of over 30 years and thousands of kilometres of trunking, with evolutionary further development stemming from an intensive dialogue with users. Production takes place entirely at the TRILUX headquarters. This means transparency, reliable supply chains and sustainability through short distances.
