Pears Building London

Laboratories, offices, patient accommodation, parking garage: for the UCL Institute of Immunity and Transplantation (IIT), which resides in the new Pears Building in London, a lighting solution was sought from a single source that would be technically, budget-wise and aesthetically convincing. Highlights of the project: 200 custom-made pendant luminaires with deep beam optics and partially satinized glass cylinders that lend the atrium an unmistakable character as a light signature. The architectural lines through the corridor areas were emphasized with the Finea LED light channel, which is also suitable for sensors and IoT modules.
