In/Out ramps

Here, lighting serves to recognise persons, vehicles, processing systems, boundaries and obstacles quickly and securely. The adaptation from bright outdoor areas to dark indoor areas and vice versa also occurs here. Therefore, these zones must be illuminated with varying brightness by day and night respectively, according to the adaptation conditions. Constructional measures such as transparent canopies or broad entry and exit areas with less daylight influence improve daytime adaptation and reduce investments for the artificial lighting of these zones.
