Electrical installations inside the pools of canopied swimming facilities and outdoor swimming pools as well as other pools are governed by HD 60364-7-702. According to it, swimming facilities are divided up into three areas with staggered safety requirements. Even outside of the specified areas, further aspects of corrosion must be considered (see chapter ).
